Fantastic and warm welcome, excellent service with incredible pizzas! Restaurant is literally in front section of a house lit up like a fairytale - cosy and intimate and served with big smiles.

This place feels just right as soon as you walk in. The decor, the ambience and especially the owner Charlie. I had a brilliant eggs Benedict and my only regret is I was too full to have a piece of one of the fantastic gateaux they had for sale. I am definitely going back next week for a piece of one of those ten! Keith Wells

A very good place to hire a bike. A very kind staff. But it would be wonderful to be able to return bikes until 18:00-19:00, not 16:00.

Came in to buy a bacon roll. I was charged £3.50 for the smallest roll known to man and one extremely small piece of bacon which wasn’t even slightly crispy but seemed to take an age to cook. Really really disappointed. Weirdly I could have purchased a biggish pie for a pound. Bery very odd place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Land lady was so friendly as were staff when we visited the following day. Food was yummy. Cute vibes from sofa by fire to more standing table and even outside in the sunshine. Must visit place if your in the area !

Very well run, friendly and beautiful pub. Cannot fault it in anyway. It’s owned by members of the village but still sells premium lagers, which is good.

Absolute crap. Ordered a chicken tikka masala and a korma and both were as thin as soup. If you like your Indian food as dull as dishwater and looking about the same consistency then go ahead and order. Personally I think that was 35 quid well wasted
